This sunday (20/12/2009) I read about MLM in the light of Sharia .. It comprehensively covers the Multi-Level Marketing and its consequences on the society .. Mufti sahab has written 2 articles on this subject which are attached in the end for ur convinience ..
After reading the article , I contacted Mufti sahab on his email address in which I asked him to write specifically on GMI in response to which he said that writing specifically is against the policy of Magazine thats y he is unable to do so but he confirmed that GMI falls in MLM ..

Wa Alaykum Assalaam,
Thank you for liking my articles. In fact writing a specific article
against a partcular company is against the newspaper policy therefore
I can not write against GMI specifically. However I covered all
possible ways of MLM in which GMI does also fall.
