World's Cheapest Mobile

In Barcelona, Vodafone dipslayed latest mobile phones which claimed to be the world’s cheapest mobile phone that is sold at $15 for the Vodafone 150 and $20 for Vodafone 250. Interesting here, they were told that this phone is made in China with a vendor named TCL which TCL is actually more popular with the TV product, AC and others, certainly not the phone.

Reliance Communications of India declared to bring in potentially the world lowest price internet-enabled mobile phone at $12 and they are targeting to sell 1 million handsets a year. Currently they are involved in contracts with China, Taiwan and Korea in order to know about the prototype and its features. The work is in progress and no official image is displayed on the media of that handset.
