Soft Drinks are Really Good?

There are plenty of evidences that soft drinks adds to obesity which is a risk factor for diabetes. Recent researches prove how soft drink consumption is related to metabolic syndrome. This syndrome actually carries excess of waste circumference, high blood pressure, elevated body fats and high blood glucose. Consumption of one soft drink daily results in 48 percent higher prevalence of the metabolic syndrome. In some diet drinks, the brown caramel cause the tissues to damage and inflammation. Although soft drinks have zero calories but people have tendency to consume more calories through saturated fats, less dairy products and have a sedentary lifestyle.
