Cut out sodium: say “No” to table salt, canned foods because renal disease patients can get high blood pressure, heart failure and short of breath.
Reduce potassium: High potassium foods should be avoided else this can lead to impaired kidney fuction and even cardiac arrest.
Avoid phosphorus: avoid foods that are rich in potassium like cheese, chocolate, pumpkin, milk, corn etc
