A group of collaborating scientists developed a novel plasma flashlight that eliminates bacteria. Powered by small 12 volt battery, releases a plume of plasma at 23 degrees Celsius that is safe for skin and kills bacteria. The flashlight is expected to cost under $100 and useful to doctors, physicians and surgeons.
