A man put rings on his two fiancée on Friday at an engagement party at neighborhood Jogianwala amid applause and jubilation of the family members, Dawn has learnt.
Both would-be brides – Nomana and Humaira Qasim – had shown their willingness to engagement to their cousin Azhar, planned by their families, family members of bridegroom Azhar said.
The nikah of Azhar and Nomana will be solemnised on Oct 17 and with Humaira on 19th.
They said Kaswar, a stage artist and the father of Azhar, was facing pressure from his sister and brother as both wanted to see Azhar their son-in-law. To resolve the issue, Kaswar asked his brother and sister to decide the matter themselves and they came up with the suggestion to marry their girls to the single groom.
(this marriage was heaped in monitoring of all Media of Pakistan so its clear that there were no any element of enforcement in this marriage)...
Actually situation was that Groom (cousin of both brides)was only son of his parents but his father's sister and brother both were wants to marry groom with their Daughters so its was very hard decision for father of groom to reject her sister's or Brother's daughter so he give them a proposal that u both marry with my son (Groom) and they both become agree and both Brides were also become agree :D (its Legal according to Islamic Law if Both braids are agree )... Its first time ever heaped in the world that one man married with two girls same time and all were very happy too
(Islam Allow a man to have 4 wife at same time but he can marry with with permission of his existing wife(s), also he has to inform new one about present wife(s) and marriage should be announced and without any condition of divorce and man bound to treat his all wifes equally etc...)
