I know you’re probably thinking “great, another article to make me feel bad about myself” and most probably you’re also thinking that the first thing a guy notices about a girl is her body. Well, it’s true but, it’s not the only thing he pays attention to. It all lies in the details, so here’s a list of things I’M SURE guys pick up on instantly.
1. Your Smile: every person has a distinct smile, for example some people’s nose crinkles when they laugh, some with one eye slightly open than the other, and others have dimples. The beauty of your smile lies within that detail and within the fact that this smile is truly genuine and from the heart. Also if you’ve got something stuck in your teeth, I’m sure that will attract some attention.
2. Your Hands: a person’s hands can actually tell you lots. Nice, soft, manicured hands that grip firmly can mean daintiness and strength at the same time. Take care of your nails too; men appreciate nail polish, even if it’s clear.
3. Your Locks: most men like long, healthy, good-smelling hair. They like to have something to play with when they’re flirting, something to pull when they’re angry, and something to either brag about (if you’re Goldilocks) or make fun of (if you’re Tina Turner).
4. Your Crowd: men relate the size of your crew to your personality. If you’re always surrounded by people (of course when you’re not in a fight) this would mean that you are “the life of the party”, fun, confident, humorous, and that people love to be around you for some reason. From your attitude towards people in general (not only your friends, waiters at restaurants too), a man can judge on whether you’re just pretending to be polite infront of him or you really are the respectful, classy person you seem to be.
5. Your Pitch: this one’s tricky since you can’t do much about it. Avery low, manly pitch or a very high; squeaky one will definitely turn him off. Try to adjust your pitch, tone and volume not just when you’re around someone you want to attract, but in general so that you’d feel comfortable with your new voice.
6. Your Body: it’s like the packaging of a product, it’s not as important as the product itself, but it sure does help sell the good stuff.
